    MediMart is a division of McKesson Medical-Surgical that specializes in Medicare reimbursement for Durable Medical Equipment (DME). I have held two roles within McKesson MediMart. As a traditional CSR, I was responsible for managing roughly 150 Long Term Care (LTC) facilities. I set up new residents at these facilities, qualified and determined product needs for each resident, resolved customer issues, tracked inventory levels, placed monthly orders, and supported our Field Support Specialists with weekly reports, orders, and problem solving.My second role is within a new subdivision for MediMart called Enteral @ Home. Rather than focusing on all areas of Durable Medical Equipment, Enteral @ Home only supplies enteral nutrition (tube feeding).
