As a Partner Care Representative, I am responsible for supporting the needs of our over 2,000 Authorized Partners to promote the growth of their training, coaching, or consulting business through the use of our cornerstone products, Everything DiSC and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. Medimart Csr, Enteral @ Home
MediMart is a division of McKesson Medical-Surgical that specializes in Medicare reimbursement for Durable Medical Equipment (DME). I have held two roles within McKesson MediMart. As a traditional CSR, I was responsible for managing roughly 150 Long Term Care (LTC) facilities. I set up new residents at these facilities, qualified and determined product needs for each resident, resolved customer issues, tracked inventory levels, placed monthly orders, and supported our Field Support Specialists with weekly reports, orders, and problem solving.My second role is within a new subdivision for MediMart called Enteral @ Home. Rather than focusing on all areas of Durable Medical Equipment, Enteral @ Home only supplies enteral nutrition (tube feeding). Not only does my team and I deal with the patients and their families directly in their homes, but we also act as account managers for the companies that MediMart subcontracts with to help improve our patient care. In this role, I am responsible for all aspects of the business from qualifying patients per Medicare requirements, gathering documentation from doctors offices, setting up accounts, placing orders, and initiating billing process. The following are a few accomplishments I've had within this role: - Lead team through growth of 130 patients to 1,400+ - Analyze 9 subcontracting agreements to streamline responsibilities - Chosen as the division’s after-hours support contact within first 6 months - Selected to mentor and train new employees within first 5 months at the company
