10 month internship in the worship department in a church of ~700 members involving:• Assisting the Worship Pastor in managing, organising and leading several teams, consisting of musicians and PA & AV operators, totalling over 50 people.• Leading a team of 3 volunteer youth leaders in running a youth band.• Training young people to play music and to work together as a band.• Planning and leading band practices, team events, socials and music in church services.• Regularly playing as part of a band.• Contributing to the wider running of the church. Main achievements have been: making useful resources available to the whole team through a website which were previously only accessible to church staff because they were stored as documents on the private server, organising all music, bands and equipment for youth weekend away attended by 30 people, learning new skills in PA & AV operation.
