Imagery layers are relied upon for routine geospatial work and for emergency response needs. • Authored software user guides, how-to documents, and other supporting literature that led to an increase in software adoption and usage among internal and external clients. • Designed and expanded remote data collection activities to include security incidents, observations, and related reports resulting in a new and unique use of IRD remote monitoring capabilities.
