Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing & Communications, responsible for the national digital/mobile strategy, operations and implementation across the various lines of business. Key stakeholder in leading, developing and executing The Co-operators Omni-Channel client experience strategy and overall company content strategy. Key accountability for defining and driving digital/mobile strategies and seamless multi-channel client experiences that deliver industry leading client experience and best-in-class scores in the J.D. Power Customer Satisfaction Index. Accountable for establishing and producing common processes and standards ranging from SEO, Usability, Accessibility, Analytics, platform road map, etc. for all aspects of Digital Marketing across The Co-operators. Effectively engaging, supporting and leading a team of seven members and six External Vendors (two Managers, two Consultants, one Specialist, two Front End Developers, and six External Vendors) - consistently achieving employee engagement scores ranking above Canada’s Top 100 Employers benchmarks. SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS/IMPACT TO THE BUSINESS:• Built and implemented Canada’s first suite of real-time, responsive design based quoting tools – providing accurate quotes, on any device type, in as little as 30 seconds. Achieved 240% increase in auto insurance quotes and 75% increase in home insurance quotes. New quoting tools helped increase sales for online-based auto, home and life policies by over 35% in just one year.• Created Canadian insurance industries’ first responsive design based websites, which provided clients with full access to website content on any device – increased mobile usage by 15% in only 30 days.• Redesigned The Co-operators corporate website to target core client goals. Client experience improvements included: 50.9% increase in auto estimates; 46% increase in agent locator usage; 479% increase in online claims submissions and 1846% increase in mobile claims submissions.
