As the CTO, I am responsible for the technical leadership of the company. This includes everything from managing the architecture of a future product Whonome is building, to managing the architecture of multiple customer systems.

As the CIO of Aliaswire, I am responsible for implementing and supporting new areas of payment processing, and managing the existing technology areas of the company.

As the CTO I am responsible for the strategic planning and oversight of all aspects of business and corporate information systems. As the CTO, I was responsible for correcting the architecture and security issues on nultiple customer projects which were sold to the government. The applications were built utilizing AI, Blockchain and NoSQL databases; as such they are leading edge invovations.

As a technical executive, I help organizations implement major investment decisions and/or visions that impact their company's performance. My expertise and insights, developed through serving large companies and large-enterprise IT users, gives me a rich understanding of the dynamic nature of the technology landscape and the complexity involved in using technology to deliver real value and impact.

I migrated data centers to reduce cost, and maintain PCI compliance; as part of the process standardized deployments and software packages to facilitate configuration management and security compliance.• I verified compliance with the HIPPA auditors for healthcare customers• I virtualized the servers, migrated data centers and completed a PCI gateway certification • Took over and fixed a critical customer project which had failed to pass customer acceptance for three years; and brought the system into a production statusClient Portfolio: AAA, Anthem, Major Pharmaceuticals

I developed the first version of the Task Management Application for the founders of the company. • I designed the application to meet HIPPA and other privacy requirements in a secure multiple platform web environment. • Target devices include phones and tablets running Apple iOS or Android. • Technologies include Java, GWT, MGWT, MySQL, and PhoneGap.

Lead Tangible Software from the initial startup to $22 million in revenue and 93 full time employees. Oversaw and managed all aspects of the operations of the company which was acquired in 2011. • System architect for all complex and large systems and critical contacts• Oversaw programs and contracts which received multiple awards• Created and designed a Tangible Energy Suite as the first building control system crossing multiple security domains• Architected a military grade central identity Certificate AuthorityClient Portfolio: • International client; led the project team which completed the requirements analysis, architecture, and implementation for the first building control system which crossed network domains and passed stringent cyber security measures. • US Navy; developed the requirements and design for a Navy-wide energy management system. Documentation for the project involve the use of UML and IEEE Standards 830-1998 and 1471-2000. • EDS (now HP) –address performance and network issues of the proprietary travel management software. Main screen load time decreased from over two minutes to under four seconds.• Defense Information Systems Agency –led the design and architecture for an application to replicate and transform data on a near time basis between multiple technologies. • KPMG (now BearingPoint) – designed, developed, and deployed an electronic payment portal. At project completion, trained the consulting firm’s internal staff in the production support and ongoing maintenance of the system. The system has won multiple awards, included the coveted Mitchel Award. • DOJ (Department of Justice) – led the development of a grants management system. Responsible for the database design and administration; and the development of the internal portion of the workflow application that allows the agency to manage grants.

Led the implementation of new functionality, including multi-tenancy. This was accomplished through encapsulation and modularization of the code base. The result was an application which had significant new functionality while reducing the code base from approximately 100K to 66K lines.

Consultant for Nextel Communications, a client of Ventera; technical lead on the integration of Oracle Financials as a result of a merger; including the conversion of the Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Inventory and Tax information. Assisted in the development of an Information Mart for Nextel’s Analog Services department that produced monthly reports, consolidating data from seven legacy billing systems.
