Design, test and deploy customized builds of Mac OSX in a fast paced 1000+ user windows and mac global enterprise environment. Centrally manage distribution of all software, updates, software licensing for 350+ mac users. Work with IT administration to ensure complete Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for all Apple computers. Manage Apple Global Service Exchange account, and perform all AppleCare warranty repairs.

Oversee technical re-structuring of in house creative department. Duties include: Building and deployment of a new OS 10.4.11 disk image, integrating all macs with active directory, migrating from Adobe CS2 to CS3, implementation of an Extensis Suitcase X1 Server font management system, provided specifications for and migrating data to a high performance SAN storage solution, support and training of creative staff during and after upgrades.

Applecare field service.

Provided technical management and support for the various needs of a high-end music and film post-production facility. Responsible for purchasing, setup, imaging, installation and maintenance of all Apple Macintosh computers. Worked with vendors to provide the best solutions for the technical needs of the company. Co-ordinated and supervised all technical aspects of large-scale international orchestral scoring sessions for Oscar winning film productions. Maintained all studios and audio-visual hardware.

Work on lots of great jazz records. Several Tony Bennett records. Booked studio, did basically anything that needed to be done. Loved every minute of it.

Owned by Philip Glass, met David Bowie! took out garbage and made coffee also got to assist on some really cool records, Learned allot, smiled allot.
