Feelings are shared openly, and the group talks about decisions together when there are forks on the road. These discussions include questions such as: 1. Should we go left or right at this point in the path? 2. Is everyone doing okay? 3. If I have some extra time this week, is there anything I can do to help? 4. Is everyone being honest about their needs and wants? 5. Are we displacing, projecting, or getting stuck in our feelings?6. Can I share an idea about how we could make this better?I skate down the hills with reckless bravado but cry each time I step on a flower.Flowers are my friends, too.
