• Assist Account Managers by sourcing prospect clients through data mining, researching, sourcing via job boards, networking, etc.• Provide constant stream of qualified sales leads to the sales team.• Assist Recruiters by sourcing resumes for potential candidates using online job boards, advertisements, flyers, etc.• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews as needed• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate and client recruiting• Assist with local career fairs by providing candidates with detailed information regarding potential opportunities• Provide administrative support to the Sales and Recruiting teams (payroll, data entry, etc.)• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to attract quality candidates and clients• Attend regularly scheduled team meetings and regional meetings• Comply with established Quality Management System Policies and Procedures; verify work for accuracy to ensure quality of output
