Was continuously educated on the changing Medicare regulations, coding and billing in order to allow for optimal reimbursement. The department champion for patient satisfaction and collaborated with the department in moving from the 50th to the 75th or greater percentile by implementing performance improvement standards. Independently developed new programming - Functional Capacity Evaluation including obtaining training, marketing and the experience of performing the evaluations.
