As project manager, I am responsible for the direction and execution of the project. I manage the work of staff under my control, consultants on the project, engineering and communication with the design teams, as well as ensuring the delivery of project deliverables. My roles also requires me to lead our estimating team in the direction and execution of tenderable projects.
