This innovative program for expectant fathers is designed to prepare first-time dads for both the challenges and joys of parenthood with a focus on the first few weeks after the baby's birth. Our goal is to help prepare first-time dads for both the challenges and joys of parenthood.We use a unique, man-to-man training approach to bring together expectant and new fathers and veteran dads to talk candidly about fatherhood. Dads learn how to change diapers, comfort baby and much more. This class is offered every other month at both the WakeMed Apex Healthplex and WakeMed Raleigh Campus.
