Recruited by Boswell physicians & leadership, and given the opportunity to help restructure the Cardiac Cath and Electrophysiology program. Nominated for a top 10% leader for 2019 AND 2020 as determined by anonymous employee VOICE scores. Provide strategy, planning and daily operations of a 5 room Cath Lab and Electrophysiology procedure area including pre/post patient care. Introduced inventory process that resulted in a $1.2 million dollar savings in 2020 while continuing to manage costs by reducing waste through real-time reporting. Service lines include diagnostic and interventional heart caths, diagnostic and interventional peripheral procedures, Electrophysiology and a very successful structural heart program. Essential functions include planning and strategizing with administration for the CV service line to include the future vision for the program, additional service lines, staffing, daily operations, budgeting, and collaboration with physicians and administration to maintain and grow the CV service line. In 2020 was able to implement/start a strong MitraClipTM, PFO, structural heart program. Leading a successful LAAO program with growth of more than 50% YOY 2019-2022. Despite nationwide anesthesia challenges our MitraClip, TAVR and LAAO programs continue to rise through 2023. Assisted in the design and construction, and lead the opening of a new 4 procedural room and 15 bay recovery Cardiovascular Center for Boswell that opened in December 2021. This space includes a state-of-the-art structural heart room(s) that we look forward to starting an ELG program for our vascular surgeons, as well as continue to grow our robust structural heart program.In October of 2022 was given the opportunity to add Banner Del Webb Cath Lab to my responsibilities. Blended campus Cath Lab teams to help overcome staffing shortages.
