Specialize in the Adobe Flash/Flex Platform, Ruby on Rails development, and various graphic design packages.We focused on creating engaging e-learning systems and modules, specializing in creating multi-lingual platforms for managing and delivering learning experiences. I moved from the leader of the front-end Flash-Platform architect to the systems architect delivering CMS systems in Ruby on Rails and SQL databases.

I started out as a Flash Programmer at InfoAlly, developing Flash Applications that would pull learning ontent from databases, and create lessons for learners. These lessons would include games and other interactive media like video to engage the learner in the content. My last project for them was redesigning the look & feel of their course delivery platform, and creating course demos in Flash.

I began my career in Design as a Photoshop guru at a newspaper, doing color-correction and photographic montages. I moved from there to Creative Director at NetCert (a now defunct training company), where I cut my teeth on web development and Flash. Then I moved onto an ISP where I began developing websites for the ISP's clients in Flash and HTML with PHP and ASP. Then InfoAlly hired me as a Flash Designer / Developer and I came into the world of e-learning, developing courseware in Flash. All along I have had small amounts of contract work on the side building Flash websites for clients and friends. I am on the lookout for further opportunities that will define my career and niche.
