Manage all aspects of the warehouse including receiving, stocking, picking and shipping. Responsible for procurement of inventory/non-inventory items and office supplies including product database and vendor relationships. Deploy data approach through Six Sigma to select continuous improvement roadmap for either enhancing current process assets or by adding relevant processes to the organization.
