Supervise the Receiving, Shipping, Warehousing and packaging functions, coordinate logistics, maintain inventory records, coordinate and plan inventory systems for AR items, insure excellent internal customer service, control excess and obsolete inventory while insuring that quality, safety, and production requirements are met while maintaining positive employee relations and work environment.

Define the operational excellence strategy for organization. Deploy data approach through Six Sigma to select continuous improvement roadmap for either enhancing current process assets or by adding relevant processes to the organization. Key leader for all quality aspects and metrics. Ensure compliance, continuous improvement and proper deployment across the organization.
