I'm a person that truly cares about people and love learning from others and teaching others the skills that I have learned. My growth potential in my abilities are limitless and I take every opportunity that I can to become better at anything that I do.As a recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in General Management I use my 20 years experience in the Hospitality,Customer Service Industry, and 5 years of management experience to create relationships that are on going and lead to a win/win for the both of us. I also have a background in IT working at Liberty Tax Service as an IT, Bank,and NextGen Support Specialist in the 2013 tax season. This consisted of setting up networks, VoIP phone systems, Neat Scanners, printers, laptops, handling QUE tickets, documentation in detail of work preformed and any optional equipment that was provided as to properly service the tax needs of customers.In addition to that experience I have taken multiple classes to improve my IT skills to keep up with business needs in the work place. Comp TIA Network +, Comp TIA A+, MOS, Microsoft Office Suite, troubleshooting, configuration, and support of networks. I have worked with Java JDK, Eclipse Development programs that used OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) to write source code for programs in Java. I also have experience in application installation, troubleshooting, and diagnosing problems as they arise.I believe in having a well rounded knowledge of all aspects of a business because that makes you a person that will be invaluable to the company and you will have knowledge of how the whole operation is running and how to make improvements to benefit the business.
