I managed requirements and development of the Army's programs of record that provide realistic intelligence and electronic warfare training across the Army.

I planned and managed U.S. Army operational and strategic intelligence collection across the Middle East theater of operations. I led a diverse team of intelligence professionals in the development and validation of intelligence requirements, synchronization of collection efforts, and analysis of results to shape the operational environment. My responsibilities included geopolitical analysis to support U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East, providing full spectrum risk analysis and threat assessments, and leading reconnaissance and surveillance planning to support crisis action response. I also trained foreign partner-nation intelligence personnel in intelligence processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED).

I led a multi-discipline team in the development, validation, and management of ISR collection operations across the Middle East and Central Asia to support ongoing wartime operations, planning efforts, and threat/warning indicators.

I led diverse, multi-discipline planning teams to design campaign and operational plans in support of joint, interagency, and multi-national military operations. I also conducted world-wide threat assessments and developed risk mitigation strategies to support U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East.

I served as the All-Source Intelligence Technical Advisor to the Commanding General of the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence. In this role I managed the Program of Instruction (PoI) for institutional All-Source intelligence training across the Active Army, Army Reserve, and National Guard. I was responsible for implementing the latest doctrine, new systems, emerging threats, force structure, field requirements, lessons learned, and emerging concepts across all Army intelligence training. I served as the Project Manager for curriculum analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE) of All-Source intelligence training across the Army. I was responsible for the planning and prioritization of requirements and coordinating resources to accomplish organizational objectives efficiently and within fiscal constraints. Additionally, I provided recommendations to Army senior leaders regarding Army intelligence organization and policy.

I managed Military Intelligence Professional Education certification and training for Army Warrant Officers from the Active Army, Army Reserve, and Army National Guard. I supervised course instructors, developed curriculum and implemented full spectrum training utilizing formal classroom teaching methods, small group instruction, virtual instruction, practical exercises, and field training exercises. Additionally, I managed the development of training support packages and lesson plans. I also taught key blocks of instruction in the course including Critical Thinking, Analytic Techniques and Tradecraft, Analytic Writing, the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), the Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield process (IPB), Targeting and Combat assessment, Training Development, Hybrid and Complex Threats, Intelligence Support to Counterinsurgency, and the use of Intelligence Processing Systems.

I managed the processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) of intelligence products for U.S. military leaders and policymakers on political, military, economic, and social issues affecting U.S. interests in Southeast Asia. I also managed the preparation of threat analysis and risk assessments to prepare high level military leaders to travel to Southeast Asia for key leader engagements. My responsibilities included the development of military crisis response strategies and exercise planning to validate those strategies and promote cooperation with Southeast Asian military partners. Additionally, I supervised, trained, and developed 60 U.S. Army Intelligence Analysts from multiple intelligence disciplines.

I developed metrics and analyzed data from all sources to assess political, economic, military, and social development in Afghanistan. I prepared oral and written presentations for high level military and political leaders that shaped strategic plans and national policy in Afghanistan. Additionally, I managed production of intelligence assessments to assist U.S. military leaders and high-level U.S. officials to develop and implement U.S. policy in Afghanistan. My responsibilities also included planning intelligence collection from multiple disciplines including human intelligence (HUMINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), geospatial intelligence (GEOINT), open source intelligene (OSINT), criminal intelligence, social media exploitation, and cybersecurity operations between multi-national partners, joint military organizations, and multiple U.S. law enforcement and national level intelligence agencies. I integrated intelligence-led policing and mentored Afghan National Intelligence Service, Afghan National Army, and Afghan National Police Units to improve capacity to provide internal defense.

I managed the analysis of data from multiple sources and prepared threat assessments on security, governance and economic development in Iraq. I also prepared risk assessments and intelligence primers for high level military leaders traveling to key leader engagements. I was responsible for development of protocols and procedures to collect accurate, relevant intelligence and produce timely, fused assessments to senior military leaders to shape strategic and operational plans in Iraq. Additionally, I was responsible for integrating intelligence-led policing and training Iraqi Army Intelligence personnel to improve capacity to provide internal defense. In that role, I assisted Iraqi judicial officials and Iraqi National Police to develop professional policing procedures. I supervised, trained, and professionally developed 30 U.S. Army Intelligence Analysts from multiple intelligence disciplines.

I managed the analysis of data from multiple sources and preparation of threat assessments on North Korean military, political, economic, and social conditions to assist U.S. officials making policy decisions. I planned requirements and managed intelligence collection from multiple disciplines including human intelligence (HUMINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), geospatial intelligence (GEOINT), counterintelligence (CI), and open source intelligence (OSINT). Additionally, I supervised, trained, and developed 25 U.S. Army Intelligence Analysts from multiple intelligence disciplines.

I analyzed intelligence from multiple disciplines and produced fused intelligence products to support Army operations. I provided all-source intelligence support to Army operations in Iraq and Thailand, and managed the organization's physical and personnel security programs.

I taught Introduction to Homeland Security to graduate and undergraduate students online. Course instruction included the organization of the U.S. intelligence and law enforcement communities, legal authorities and responsibilities of intelligence and law enforcement organizations, domestic and international threats to U.S. security, risk assessment, and emergency management.

I provided all-source intelligence/crime analysis for U.S. Federal Law Enforcement and Intelligence agencies conducting international counter-narcotics investigations. In that role I managed joint intelligence collection to support cross-border counter-narcotics operations, coordinated intelligence collection and analysis between U.S. intelligence and law enforcement agencies, and conducted all source intelligence analysis. My responsibilities included publishing written assessments of cross-border narcotics smuggling activity to assist high-level law enforcement, military, and political officials in developing policy and enforcement strategies.
