Production and personalization of textiles and goodies for organizations (schools, sports teams, companies, associations, etc.)

- Analyzing innovations and market trends to draw specific conclusions.- Conducting research on products and strategies of companies and startups.- Elaborating presentations on innovation, studying aspects such as technology, the customer, or the market.- Interacting with startups, technology providers and other players to structure innovation projects.- Leading strategic workshops with corporate clients following the open innovation method.- Evaluating business processes and developing optimization strategies.- Interacting directly with corporate clients for the presentation of conclusions and understanding of specific investigations needs.

Thanks to ESCP, we had the chance to work on a 3-months consulting project with Opinno (Global Consultancy Firm) allowing them to have a better understanding of the new Talent Management challenges that the hybrid work environment generated, and to explore the innovative solutions that organizations could implement in order to address those new challenges, attract and retain talents, and foster innovation (Agile methodologies).

- Conducted market research, created mappings of organizations, and implemented sales strategies to generate sales meetings with HR Directors and Talent Managers.- Replied to Requests for Proposals (tenders) by proposing technical and financial answers to public companies with HR problematics regarding change management, and looking for assessment, training, coaching or internal communication solutions.- Assessed Management Teams of big groups (Executive committee, Regional Directors, ...) to help the decision of CEO & HR leaders on training and coaching programs.- Participated in Collective Workshops to reflect on ourselves and generate useful deliverables for a better operation of our company, using our own consulting methods.
