1/ 40 months on LEAP program: LEAP is the new generation civil engine developed by CFM (Snecma - GE). Gearboxes development budget: 12M€ annual, 50 persons involved, cross-functional managementMy main responsibilities were the following:- lead the development of the gearboxes, ensuring the on-time delivery, complying to the performance and quality specifications, and controlling the budget- coordinate multi-sectorial teams: engineering, tests, industrialization, quality, customer service- face the customer and negociate its specifications- master the risks and mitigation plans- ensure the conformity to the internal program & quality procedures- regularly report the performance of the project2/ 10 months on CFM engine program: Same coordination function as the project management (see above), but with the accounatbility of the business aspects.Managing of 2 quality crises with direct effects on airlines exploitation, setting a retrofit plan worldwide to limit the impacts. Coordination through a large task force team, daily report to general managers.Working group together with Snecma on the optimization of the customer-based stocks, in order to limit the VEX.

3 missions to different actors: ArianeGroup (industrial size) - 1 year- Calculation and specification of mechanical loads, upstream the dimensioning, for all ground and flight phases.- Analysis of the loads to be specified to A5E/S Galileo and A5ME ground phases.PyroAlliance (Small entity) - 1 year- Dimensioning of pyrotechnical systems on military applications, loading calculations under high pressure, analytical (MathCad, Excel VBA) and FEM (ANSYS) analyses.- Performance of the re-engineering of a pyrotechnical device, tests conducting, direct customer reporting (MBDA).- Reliability analysis performance.CNES (public agency) - 1 year:At Launchers Directorate: safety, performance and flight control.- simulation of the working of GNC pilot (Guidance, Navigation, Control) of 2 european launchers (Ariane 5, Vega)- cross-check studies wrt calculations performed by the industrial (Astrium) for the main ballistic flight phases- Monte-Carlo studies aiming at orbital propagation
