👨‍🎓What makes this business studies programme so special for me? Strategy development, corporate culture, change management, agile organisational forms and various marketing topics are my (personal) focus during my studies. A connecting and fascinating element for me is the human being, who has a decisive influence on these topics with his or her experience, assessment and the resulting actions. With my studies, I would like to gain a better understanding of this "black box" of human action, embedded in everyday business life, and am accordingly motivated to contribute to future projects with my knowledge. As a long-time team sportsman, I place a lot of value on the team concept, in which both the "I" and the "WE" are important. According to the motto: "Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships".⏳Early on in my school education, I realised that a business administration programme and I could become good friends. As in any good friendship, such studies are characterised by ups and downs, various emotions and memories that strengthen the relationship. Looking back, I am convinced that it was definitely worth the journey, which is why I am excited and motivated to look forward to a future together that I have helped shape.
