At Lapland View Lodge in Övertorneå, Sweden, I manage guest check-ins and check-outs, oversee bookings for accommodations, restaurant, and sauna reservations, and handle the sauna reception. My responsibilities also include preparing conferences and group stays, group tour arrivals from Europe and Asia, maintaining communication with travel agencies, and serving guests during reception hours. This includes making cocktails, coffee, and hot chocolate, serving wine, beer, cider, and light snacks like nachos and paninis. In addition, I assist with spa services, where I handle the sauna & spa, monitor pH, ORP, and TDS values for our two 6,000-liter outdoor jacuzzis. Occasionally, I step in for housekeeping tasks, ensuring the cleaning and minor maintenance of our 40 panoramic cabins. I’ve also contributed to the care of our 80+ Alaskan Huskies, thogh this falls outside my core responsibilities. During operating hours, I maintain guest communications via phone and email and oversee review management. I also did a lot of snow shoveling.

As a employee of the Returns & Repairs Department, I am mainly processing customer returns and repairs. We provide the customer with the right service and keep the customers informed via the ticketing platform "Zendesk". On our department we mainly perform administrative work.

During my internship at Eigen Huis & Tuin / Fremantle Productions, I was mostly editing for videos and summaries for the Eigen Huis & Tuin Online Platforms, such as YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, RTL XL and occasionally Twitter. I did the editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, where I put the entire episode in an MXF file, and edited from there. I also subtitled it myself. I also went along on a few shoots for promos for online and on-air, where I was mainly involved in building the set. I was able to complete this internship in a good way.

I was primarily doing video editing for the "Klik Proces" YouTube channel and some podcast softwares. I made the montages via Adobe Premiere Pro and delivered them to Bart. After his feedback - if any - I processed it, and we had the final result that we published online. Later, I also created the design that was used for the channel for over a year (intro and outro).

At Discovery Benelux I was mainly editing social media clips for the Dutch and Flemish channels of Discovery Channel, TLC and Investigation Discovery. I did the editing in AVID Media Composer, then asked for feedback from the regular editors, and finally did the final editing via Adobe After Effects to get the best result. I successfully completed this internship.

During my time at Combilo, I was responsible for order picking for customers and occasionally on Saturday mornings keeping an eye on incoming shipments and supervising trucks coming to pick up orders.

As a allround employee at AllSafe Leiderdorp, I was mainly responsible for assisting tasks, such as keeping the building and roads clean, any maintenance as needed, including replacing light tubes, checking locks for security, and some administrative help.

At the Campanile Hotel in Gouda, I was doing a internship for high school. I helped in the restaurant, kitchen and the hotel area (house-keeping, more). This internship was completed successfully.
