With the successful restructuring and integration processes me and my team have put in place, we’ve turned poorly performing or disorganized businesses into profitable and focused ones.Right now in Kreate Group Plc, we’re evidencing how the business can be turned more profitable by organic growth as a listed company. Our approach includes proper organizational leadership combined with respected customers and business partners both horizontally and vertically.As member of executive team, I’ve experienced several corporate and business strategy defining and implementation processes, both in highly demanding infrastructure construction services, and in process industry, such as mineral aggregates and paving operations.As a curious learner, over 30 years in infrastructure construction cluster have taught me both a deep industry knowledge and a broad business perspective. I started my career as a carpenter, and my next step was B.Sc. in civil engineering. In 2006, the eMBA-studies at Aalto University expanded my business understanding further with a variety of topical areas.
