Executed hotel’s capital plan in excess of $14M.Hilton Waikoloa VillageOversaw repairs and maintenance, outdoor water features, landscaping, wildlife care, hotel laundry department, transportation equipment, and capital improvements for resort. Located on 62 acres of the Big Island of Hawaii, Hilton Waikoloa Village features 1,240 guest rooms/suites and over 235,000 square feet of meeting, pre-function, and exhibit facilities.

Oversaw repairs & maintenance, custodial services, field & grounds maintenance, office services, and capital improvements for Wrigley Field and other Cubs assets in Chicago. Managed a division of 175 personnel.Implemented a full scale work order and preventative maintenance software system (CMMS) for the organization. Realigned existing department structure and establish new custodial procedures for the start of the 2014 baseball season. Increased secret shopper and fan experience scores in all facility categories.Chief responsibility for all non baseball events at Wrigley Field. Oversaw space booking, logistical planning, and execution.

Under the direction of the Senior Vice President & General Manager, oversaw daily operations at the arena including facilities engineering, housekeeping, setup & conversion, shipping & receiving, audio/visual services, and ice production/resurfacing.Supported and oversaw capital improvements including the arena’s new premium space build out - Club RED. Other key projects include backstage & artist dressing room improvements, pillar partner suite remodel, and the arena’s new center-hung scoreboard. Provided project oversight and coordinate work around arena event schedules. Implemented a computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) and design the facility’s preventative maintenance program based on equipment/manufacturers specifications, ASHRAE standards, and industry best practices.

W ATLANTA PERIMETER Under the direction of the Area Managing Director, overaw the hotel engineering department .Specified and coordinated 10K square foot meeting room renovation utilizing in house staff, resulting in new sales and opportunities for business, specifically in social market.Designed refurbishment project for 330 guestroom vertical fan coil units, which included replacement fan motor mounts, 2-way control valves, and invasive coil cleaning. Resulted in reduced guestroom defects and savings to hotel capital plan by avoiding full asset replacement.W ATLANTA MIDTOWNCoordinated the opening of the hotel facility while maintaining and operating a complexed central plant which serves one city block in downtown Atlanta.Oversaw of 18 engineering staff members. Hired and trained thirteen staff members as part of the hotel opening process. Oversaw an additional five central plant operators in the production of chilled water and high temperature hot water as well as a separate P&L for the central plant.
