Identifying new business opportunities within the peptide pharmaceutical industry or academia, including partnerships, collaborations, and new client acquisitions.2. Developing and implementing business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.3. Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, using insights to inform business strategies.4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.5. Working closely with R&D, marketing, and production teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.6. Preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing the deal closure process.7. Attending industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and identify new opportunities.

Developing tissue-specific peptides for intracellular drug delivery; Synthesizing, purifying, and analyzing complex peptides; Performing peptide conjugation to different classes of biomolecules including proteins, antibodies and oligonucleotides (siRNA or ASO); Optimizing peptide sequence and structure to improve its bioactivity, serum stability, and half-life in vivo; Participating in active research programs in drug discovery and delivery with pharmaceutical collaborators
