Particularly interested in working with under served and Garifuna populations.Philip Tim Palacio Ed.D. has extensive experience as an educator, administrator, program director, and adjunct instructor with institutions in the Greater Sacramento Area as well as in Belize. He has done work in every country in Central America as well as the Dominican Republic and parts of Caribbean. He has volunteerd at Folsom Prison and St. Vincent de Paul Society in Roseville, California for the past ten years.He has served as court interpreter in the Garifuna language throughout the United States . He has worked with doctoral students of Linguistics documenting the sound and structure of the Garifuna language.
