Our broadcast team support wonderful station hosts (churches, organisations, individuals) supplemented with commercial agreements for over eight hundred stations throughout Australia. From Hobart to Thursday Island, from Kalbarri to Brisbane. It's an honour to serve in this role.

I'm LOVING it! I've loved serving my community. During my time so far, I've leveraged my history in IT middle mangement and love for working with people. We've had a lot of significant changes along the way, implementing a variey of technology and projects, process and systems consolidation. We've started a NFP set new rolled down budgets, reduced expenses, strategies against the vision, rolled out ministry plans and their work care plans, KPI reporting, Along the way, I've learned video editing & publishing, even the art of selling property. Over the time, I've coached staff to a point now we run wholly a flat structure with clear accountabilities. We have ~25 paid and voluntary team. We are one church in three locations with about 1,000 in our community. We are active in helping other churches with ministry resourcing, coaching, training and mentoring services. I'm blessed with exceptional experience and success with SPARQ Solutions and Gallagher Bassett in IT middle management, and a bunch of years in hospitality management prior to that.After 8 years of contributing, I'm exploring my next move. I'm in no hurry!
