I combined approximately 200 distinct pieces of information into a single point of truth to support the initial response in case of an outbreak.The CRMIn response to the Delta outbreak of COVID-19, I co-designed and implemented the CRM, a tool aimed at tracking and supporting high-risk individuals to isolate safely once identified as a close contact. This process was previously performed using a single Excel document accessed by 120 individuals. I collaborated with the technical team to build the CRM and established processes for its use, accessing additional data, and conducting twice-daily meetings to clarify, update, and finalise data across the Delta and Omicron waves.The Risk Planning ToolTo address the rapidly escalating Omicron wave, I created a comprehensive risk planning tool to calculate levels of risk in public housing settings and provide guidance for incident management meetings, on-the-ground responses, and other interventions. The tool employs an algorithmic approach to determine risk and ensure a well-coordinated and effective response.
