As Real Estate Project Manager I oversaw the various tasks to see each and every residential investment through from purchase until closing. After the distressed property was purchased it was my duty to implement the scope of work and ‘rehab’ the property accordingly. The position required excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask, specifically when several projects were taking place simultaneously. The key roles of the position were contractor management and job scheduling all while adhering to a strict budget and deadline to ensure ROI. Each property went through extensive renovations and remodeling making every investment a unique assignment.
