- Oversaw $5M creative and advertising contract on behalf of a multitude of agency programs and divisions, including the flagship Maryland Mortgage Program, which has grown by almost 50% over the past 2 years, small business lending through the Neighborhood BusinessWorks program and pooled bond programs through the Local Government Infrastructure Program;- Managed website properties, including complete overhaul of Maryland Mortgage Program website providing support to homebuyers, lenders, realtors and other partners, and the soon to be launched DHCD agency website;- Supervised creative design and production resources within the agency, including managing portfolio of over 50 unique physical collateral items, production of sponsorship ads, posters, flyers, direct mail pieces, presentation templates and other marketing materials, as well as event and exhibit booth visual display items;- Provided strategic direction to customer and partner outreach and engagement activities across a range of channels, including events, email, social media and other digital resources;- Undertook market research and data analytics to support marketing, communications and client engagement strategies across multiple programs.

Greater New York City Area

- Site redevelopment project – Limon, CO. Identified and provided quantitative assessment of re-use scenarios for former packing plant and sale yard property. Delivery and presentation of recommendations for best use case, marketing and incentives strategies to be implemented to maximize local economic development impact.- Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) for five-county region in northwest Ohio. Developed a strategic framework encompassing infrastructure, business services, workforce development and agency coordination to drive economic development through short term projects and long term initiatives.- Created and managed major online recruiting drive for Barclay's Center Arena in downtown Brooklyn, involving the attraction and coordination of almost 40,000 local candidates for over 2,000 open positions. Managed multiple streams of in-person interviews for all roles, responded to all candidate inquiries and provided continuous analysis of recruitment outcomes.

NYC Business Solutions helps businesses start, operate, and expand in New York City.- Performed analysis and market segmentation to support business development and service delivery of business services including recruitment, training, financing incentives and navigating government.- Provided business development and sales leadership to vendor-contracted service centers (NYC Business Solutions Centers) to provide business services to NYC businesses.- Established multiple new channels and strategies for new customer acquisition, including email marketing, social media marketing, online paid search and partner marketing

- Completion of target industry studies for local governments, including site selection and business attraction strategies.- Preparation of a $5 million grant application for a Northwest Ohio developer (Ohio Job Ready Sites Program) for improvements to mega-industrial site.- Facilitation of incentives for establishment of Michigan-based ethanol producer.- Retail study for a major Cleveland developer.- Provision of a range of ongoing economic development services for several municipal governments, including business retention, marketing, incentives policy development and implementation and community liaison.

- Contribution to the strategic development and implementation of a major State Government policy (the Queensland State Infrastructure Plan) for long-term statewide economic development through major infrastructure provision.- Completion of 14 regional economic statements to support local programs and strategies for industry development and job creation.- Participation in cross-government team providing coordination for multi-billion dollar expansion of coal infrastructure (rail, port, skills, electricity, etc) associated with significant global increases in coal demand.
