The Theater Bug is an amazing, creative, generative organization in Nashville, TN. A small adult staff helps collections of kids and teens create remarkable works of theater that appeal to their peers and adults at the same time. My job is to help them do that today and for a long time into the future.

I provide guidance and insight to the product teams at each of the LTG product companies, in addition to serving in a leadership role for the group as a whole. Ultimately, the manner in which LTG's products work together and with other related products is my responsibility.

We sold Rustici Software to Learning Technologies Group, LLC in January of 2016 and I immediately took on the role of CEO at Rustici. I continue to be deeply involved in many aspects of the business, including the design and development of products, and the sales and marketing of the same.Being part of LTG has afforded me the opportunity to understand and participate in various other parts of the group.
