• Integral in the growth of regional organization from 16 to over 1000 employees. Worked with internal Hiring Managers to build a 150+ person in-house managed services organization. • Managed and directed a team of 11 Recruiters and Assistant Recruiters for the West Region of CIBER. Managed team of 5-8 Recruiters balancing and assigning recruiting workload for the Pacific Northwest region. As Manager, recognized as the top performing team within CIBER globally. • Worked with Internal Managers and Clients to recruit and hire senior talent to the company, primarily Full-Time Employees. Included were primarily Senior Software Engineers, Architects, Program Managers, Analysts, and Infrastructure Engineers.• Sourced candidates via networking, direct sourcing, employee and candidate referrals.• Previously responsible for employee relations for current employees. Worked with current employees regarding training, continuing education, and skill set review and strategies.• Involved in decisions relating to employment issues including hiring, performance reviews, adverse actions, and termination.• Worked with Executive Management to establish recruiting budgets, goals, and strategy to match company expectations for the region.• With other Regional Managers, evaluated and selected the new Applicant Tracking System for the company. For the new ATS, Taleo, worked directly with the vendor through the conversion from the old system with key involvement in setting up new processes. • Mentored team in the areas of sourcing, processing, and closing candidates.• Focal point within the CIBER National Recruiting organization on immigration, per-diem, and relocation processes and guidelines.• President’s Club Award winner for 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2010, which represented the top 10% of staff globally. CIBER Global Recruiter of the Year for 2007 and 2008 (out of 90+ Recruiters). CIBER President’s Club was discontinued after 2010.
