This new system allowed for a more flexible and robust cost control and reporting tool than the outdated tool they were using. • Created a Freight, Tax and Handling calculator and attached it to the estimating tool. This calculator was key in providing customers with an accurate budget to set for the shipping of a variety of products to over 90 countries and counting. • Developed a tool for the sales and procurement department that promoted proper workflow and established a more repeatable and reliable process.
