Leading all aspects of design for an absence management specialist software company. As a smaller business I get involved in a wide aspect of work including UX/UI design (SaaS web app, native mobile app), rapid prototyping, user testing/research, Marketing design (digital, print, web and motion design) and Internal comms.Im currently evolving the edays product and brand whilst working with the SLT to achieve business goals, meet timescales and grow the business, whilst staying within budget.

As the principal designer I implemented a modern design system which helped support our large team of designers whilst also heading up the design and user experience of the HCM (Human Capital Management) Suite of products (Time & Attendance, Access Control, Payroll, Scheduling and Performance Management)

Heading up a creative team of UX and Graphic Designers at a SaaS software company, we re imagined the experience of our product and pushed the quality of our brand/marketing materials. Working closely with business leaders to align with the business goals to recognise significant growth.

In charge of enhancing the experience and design of Mitrefinch's workplace software tools (Time & attendance, HR solutions, Payroll, Access control and Rostering). Working closely with our User Researcher to put the customer at the heart of the design process to create a modern beautiful suite of products that are a delight to use. My process encompasses wire framing, rapid prototyping, user testing, high fidelity designs, style guides and full development handovers, working closely with Product Leads, BA's and Front End Devs to ensure a quality execution.

Working in the Group Product design team ensuring CPP products provide a great user experience with intuitive and user friendly interfaces.Excellent sketching, wire-framing and prototyping skills, fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Principle, and InVision.I also create/edit promotional videos in Adobe Premier and After Effects and have experience creating flash animations for mobile apps in Adobe Animate.
