Successfully led and negotiated:2006/07 bids to be awarded manufacturing contracts as result of supplier reduction efforts with four customers.2005/06 manufacturing contracts that protected and reimbursed $100,000 in company project investments.Increased sales in 2004/05 to cover and exceed previous year sales within 12 months of company’s largest customer moving its operations to China.Led successful 2004 effort to win coveted “Eagle Award” presented to the Outstanding Global Supplier of the Year by a major U.S. manufacturer.Facilitated 2004/05 cost cutting program resulting in over $ 400,000 in identified cost savings projects.Developed and manages international sales distribution system covering the UK and EU markets.Negotiated and secured successful international agreement to license proprietary product manufacturing and sales in the UK and mainland Europe in 2000 thereby protecting rapidly expanding sales base.Negotiated 1999 acquisition of competitor’s proprietary product line and manufacturing capabilities resulting in 30% increase in proprietary sales and elimination of regional competitor.

Accomplishments:Formalized sales management plans that resulted in being named select metal stamping / metal forming supplier for three large U.S. manufacturers.Developed and implemented a two tier distributing and marketing system in 1995 for company's proprietary products which led to a doubling of sales for that product line within five years of implementation.Led annual corporate strategic planning sessions.

Represented area youth on concert board to assist in selection of annual slate of concerts and to promote the association to students.
