Duties: Responsible for the delivery of Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) strategy; development and implementation of IT policy, plans and services; organizational network architecture and compliance with information assurance directives; also educational IT service delivery to over 2600 students, faculty, and staff. Responsible for the resource management of an annual IM/IT, Library, Registrar, academic technology and instructional design programs in excess of $17 million and overall information security for all client and server-side systems. Supervised a staff of 120+ military, DOD civilian, and contractor personnel.

Duties: As a Headquarters, Department of the Army action officer worked collaboratively with DOD Health Affairs, other Services, MEDCOM and other Army Medical Department (AMEDD) organizations on Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) projects and initiatives.Responsible for current medical IM/IT operational updates and automation and communications issues, equipment, and personnel for medical units in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Also serves as the Project Manager/Contracting Officers Representative (COR) for the Joint Electronic Information Carrier (EIC) program and the management of related contracts totaling over $2M. Provided direct support and advice to the AMEDD CIO on IM/IT issues in the areas of telemedicine, patient tracking, HIPAA, Future Combat Systems, deployed teleradiology, and medical readiness. Additionally served as a liaison to the R&D community and performed tech watch functions for the AMEDD CIO.

Duties: Responsible for the development and implementation of IT policies; organizational network architecture and computer security; the investigation, evaluation, and implementation of advanced medical application solutions; and the real-world medical augmentation to various Federal and Defense agencies in support of operational deployments and disaster/emergency relief missions.Served as the Contracting Officers Representative (COR) for contracts totaling over$7.5M. As the Logistics Officer, I was responsible for the acquisition, distribution, deployment and payment of prototype medical systems in an organization with a budget of over $200M. Responsible for oversight of $7M of equipment. Supervised 1 military and over 25 civilians. Additional duties included: IMPAC credit card holder and approving official; Force Health Protection Officer; Durable Items Program Manager; Mission Supply Support Activity (MSSA) Accountable Officer; Installation & Occupational Safety Advisory Council Member; Telephone Control Officer; Information Assurance Security Officer; Area Fire Coordinator; Physical Security/Crime Prevention Officer.

Duties: Responsible for all patient administration services to a 213 bed, acute care medical center with eight outlying clinics serving approximately 83 Embassies as well as active duty members assigned in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Managed the daily operations of Outpatient Records, Medical Services Accounts (billing), Third Party Collections, Admissions & Dispositions, Aeromedical Evacuation, Medical Evaluation Boards, Casualty/Decedent Affairs, Line of Duty Reporting, Birth Registration, statistical reporting and all Medical Hold functions. Also served as the PAD advisor to the other medical activities and clinics in Europe. Additional duties included Third Party Outpatient Collections (TPOCS-NG) implementation officer, United Stated Army Europe (USAREUR) Community Automation System (UCAS) coordinator, Ambulatory Data System (ADS) and Business Objects automation consultant, United States Transpiration Command (TRANSCOM) Regulating and Command & Control Evacuation System (TRACES) implementation officer, and Notary Public.

Duties: Responsible for the administration, management, morale, health and welfare of approximately 520 active duty officers and enlisted personnel.Maintained barracks space for approximately 100 soldiers. Maintained Company compliance with Department of Army (DA) directed programs such as Army Physical Fitness Program (APFT), weight control, urinalysis testing, equal opportunity, retention, and military justice. Served as a liaison between the Department of Nursing and the Troop Command. Additional duties included Troop Command Safety Officer and Organization Day Planning Officer.

Duties: Responsible for the operation of the Personnel Administration Center (PAC) for a battalion with an authorized strength of 1011 soldiers. Directed the activities of sixteen soldiers performing all personnel, finance, administrative, legal and postal services for the soldiers assigned to six separate companies and one headquarters detachment. Served as the principle staff officer on all human resource matters as well as the Battalion Safety Officer, Unit Morale Support Fund manager, Battalion Postal Officer, and Protocol Officer.

Duties: Responsible for the treatment, evacuation, and holding of real world casualties and medical coverage for the 4th Infantry Division; maintenance, security and accountability of equipment and supplies in excess of $800,000 and 14 vehicles. Managed the unit vehicle maintenance program to include scheduling preventive maintenance services in the field and garrison, validating the readiness status of equipment, and coordinating all repairs by direct support. Also supervised the unit’s Prescribed Load List (PLL), Army Oil Analysis Program (AOAP), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and safety programs.

Duties: Responsible for the operation of a Battalion Aid Station involving the treatment and evacuation of real world casualties and training exercises involving a 940 soldier Battalion. Directed 41 soldier-medics and all assigned equipment and supplies to include sensitive medications, 12 combat medical vehicles and high cost medical equipment valued at over $1,000,000.Responsible for medical and dental readiness of all Battalion personnel.
