Oversee project management department including international procurement, engineering and field construction. Ensure that operations produce high quality work on all projects. Directly involved with all bids and proposals, contract negotiations and initiation of joint ventures. Responsible for reviewing cost and scheduling reports from the project management department and implementing corrective measures as required. Maintains overall responsibility for the firm's performance of contractual obligations and commitments.

Responsible for overseeing the administration and operation of the company as well as establishing corporate direction and goals, guidelines and long and short term plans for the company. Developed the company's first formal strategic business plan, operations manual and marketing plan that took company revenue from $1.8 million in 1982 to $8.5 million in 1990. Coordinated market objectives and projects to be bid with the marketing and estimating departments to optimize the utilization of human resources, financial resources and technical strengths.

Responsible for manpower planning to ensure that work is completed on schedule and within budget. Oversee field operations on individual projects including staffing and manpower coordination, jobsite safety, quality of workmanship and other field related matters. Primarily experienced with large commercial projects including hotels, condominiums, office buildings and governmental buildings on the east coast from Virginia to Massachusetts.
