My real estate experience spans 20 years. The areas I service are the Nashville areas of Germantown, Midtown, The Gulch, Vandy/Hillsboro, 12th South, Green Hills, Forrest Hills out to Brentwood and Franklin. I have team members with the Mohr Group that provide coverage in Sumner, Wilson, Rutherford and Robertson Counties. A unique strength I bring to the team and my clients is the number of residential real estate transactions I’ve been involved in. My mortgage background helped me learn the nuances of VA, FHA, and a multitude of Conventional loan options. I closed well over 1.000 contracts in 12 different states. My move into Executive Property Management with Fridrich & Clark in Green Hills added another level of knowledge to help clients explore their options when they need to move but the market timing isn’t ideal for selling a home. I work well with clients wanting to build a rental portfolio for retirement cash flow or clients that want a clear picture of all their options when selling and buying real estate.

Countrywide is the last place I worked during this period of time. I worked for a few Sub-Prime companies the first few years. I then obtained my own Broker's license and operated my own mortgage company for a few years. An opportunity was presented to work for Chase Manhattan Mortgage and I worked there for 4 years and was fortunate to experience one of the largest refinance booms in industry. My last position was with Commerce Union Mortgage. They were a joint venture between Countrywide (now Bank of America) and the middle Tennessee Keller Williams franchise owned by Bill Haggard.
