I have been blessed by a career that spans both enterprise business and ministry. In the enterprise output software industry, I had a proven track record of successfully managing technical professional teams (Systems Engineers) analyzing complex business needs involving technical software solutions for Fortune 500 companies, presenting them in clear, easily understood terms applicable to their business, and working in conjunction with sales professionals to successfully exceed annual seven-figure annual sales/services goals, while managing both onsite and remote teams. As a subject matter expert and writer, I have written and published white papers, technical manuals, training documentation, sales presentations, magazine articles (both technical and ministry-related), and blogs. That same drive and passion for excellence have also driven my ministry endeavors since God called me to pastoral ministry in 2015, providing pastoral care and counseling to church members and attenders, while managing multiple other programs, in a large independent Christian church. My ability to immediately connect with people, whether presenting in the conference room of a Fortune 100 company or standing in a church lobby or counseling office, is one of my giftings. Whether it be my software industry career or the ministry God has called me to, my approach has always been, "Don't count the things you do, do the things that count" (Zig Ziglar).
