“I strive to play a role as a catalyst, connector, and convener to bring together like-minded entrepreneurs and mentor the transformative leaders of the future.”A proven leader with over 40 years of experience, I'm a retired EY partner who has held positions across EY'S Global Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice of more than 7,000 trusted advisors and during this time served as Global D&I Leader for the organization's Assurance group.My work in FAAS covered a wide range of accounting and reporting, transaction accounting, treasury, and sustainability services. I supported businesses to meet changing market conditions, demands for greater transparency, and digital innovation. I believe in playing a key role as a catalyst, connector, and convener in everything I do, having helped clients architect and build a better finance function and creating the next generation of transformative leaders.Known for my dedication and commitment to clients and teams, I have helped to grow the US FAAS practice over the decades while taking on various former roles, including Global FAAS Health Sciences & Wellness leader, Managing Partner of the London Assurance Region, and being a member of the EMEIA Assurance leadership team. I am also a proud member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and am CPA registered in New York State.As a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program, I aim to use my learnings to help nurture the talents of company leaders. I remain an active member of the Harvard Business School Alumni Angels Association, where I also mentor young entrepreneurs looking to change the world with their bold and innovative ideas. It is a privilege to have such an active role in shaping our diversity and inclusion agenda and to work alongside global peers after my time at EY.Looking ahead, I hope to drive long-term value in my retirement years with a greater focus on entrepreneurship, helping aspiring leaders to innovate, drive sustainability, and make a positive societal impact.
