Work with other functional areas on product and process improvements. Hire, train, supervise and develop quality inspection employees.  Review and evaluate product performance to evaluate effectiveness of current inspection techniques. Write quality assurance policies and procedures.  Interpret and implement domestic and international regulations and standards, i.e. QSR, MDD, 13485. Collect and analyze data to identify areas of improvement in the quality system. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, and define CAPA. Certified ISO Internal Auditor.

Final Inspection of product prior to shipping, and IQC inspections on incoming materials. Lead the MRB team. Work in cross functional teams for vendor development and process improvement. Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components and complete repairs or disposition material. Document findings and implement CA for elimination of errors.  Assure ongoing compliance with domestic and international regulations and standards, i.e. QSR, MDD, 13485 and CMDCAS). Perform Supplier Audits and participate in the CAPA program. Certified ISO Internal Auditor.
