Main responsibilities: Working within the Marketing brand team, drive the development, performance & promotion of products within a number of market leading brand portfolios. Working alongside the Senior Brand Manager & Senior Marketing Manager, focus on the Dry Dog portfolio with current responsibilities across the PEDIGREE & CHUM dog food brands. Lead product innovation project teams to ensure successful delivery of market driven product designs ensuring strong financial shape & projected sales in line with business expectations. Manage multi-million dollar brand A&CP budgets, working with brand leadership to assign appropriate spend in line with brand strategies & business growth objectives. Maintain, monitor & analyse brand performance through Aztec databases to identify past performance, current trends & competitor activity. Utilising consumer & market insights, help deliver strategic 1-3 year brand plans to meet business & brand long-term goals & objectives.Leadership of the PEDIGREE Adoption Drive, a media heavy campaign addressing the issue of dog homelessness in Australia. Responsibilities include briefing & management of creative & media agencies, engagement with media partners, manage ambassador & supplier relationships, creative & media development & execution, co-ordination of outdoor events, internal stakeholder engagement, analysis & post campaign reviews. Own & drive numerous strategic & tactical brand activities including:, annual Royal & Rural Show brand activity, account brand activation within key accounts, brand digital development, POS & brand premiums, tactical brand design work. Work with 3rd party suppliers including creative, media, PR & activation agencies, packaging designers, premium & POS specialists, to deliver optimal solutions brand campaigns. Ensure highest quality solutions are delivered within each activity's assigned budget.
