After providing scrap handling equipment and service to Shapiro Metals as a Territory Manager at Fabick Caterpillar, I had the opportunity to join the team of a customer I truly admired. Partnering with Caterpillar, the world's premier heavy equipment manufacturer, Fabick CAT provides construction equipment in Missouri, Wisconsin and Southern Illinois. My responsibilities included partnering with contractors, material companies and construction firms to provide solutions for their equipment and production needs. These solutions took the form of production and efficiency studies, introduction of fleet management technology and a high degree of consistent, attentive service to ensure every customer enjoyed the maximum amount of up-time and return for their investment in the industry's premium product.

The HOPE5K is a race held each October in Kirkwood, Missouri. The race benefits The Haiti Orphan Project, the charitable arm of the Keane Insurance Group, by providing funds for an orphanage and school in Haiti. As the founder and chairman of the race, I oversaw all aspects of the race including sponsorship acquisition, city permits and compliance, race marketing and ensuring an enjoyable experience for the participants on race day.Responsibilities included:- Marketing race through social media, email blasts and a TV news interview on KTVI Tim Ezell- Securing race sponsorships (Emerson, Anheuser Busch, Chick fil A) - Coordinating volunteers, police presence, city permits and event layout- Overseeing shirt design and digital marketing

Drawing on years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, I developed client relationships by uniting the highest quality service with the best products on the market to provide customized solutions. Primarily, I negotiated high value medical malpractice insurance contracts between carriers and physicians, working on the behalf of the physician in order to meet the coverage needs of their practice and do so at lowest possible price. Additional job responsibilities included: - Lead generating website development team (www.equotemd.com) - Content writing, blogging and publishing industry specific white papers - New sales and client retention through annual policy renewals

After accepting an internship in college, I transitioned to a full time Financial Representative. I helped my clients lay the groundwork to achieve their goals through values driven conversation supported by the best products and solutions in the life insurance and personal investment industries. I held licenses in Life, Health, Disability and Long Term Care insurance as well as a 6 and 63 investment license.

Through high school and college I worked as a carpenter during summer and winter breaks. While most of our projects were residential, our company did some commercial work including the renovation of the building which is now home to Pappys Smokehouse. It was a great experience that taught me about working hard, especially in the hot St. Louis summers.
