Engaged as a contractor through Accenture working on “Project Connect”, an $80million IT focused business transformation project based on the implementation of SAP across Australia for Elders Rural Services. The project comprises a team of about 60 people and involves 4 releases over 3 years. Scope:Promoted to the role of State Manager, Jarrah HR in 2003 with overall management and business development responsibility for the three consulting divisions – Psychology, Careers and Training, reporting to the Australian CEO based in Melbourne. Jarrah HR Consulting comprise a team of organisational psychologists, HR Professionals and career coaches which form the national HR consultancy business under Tanner Menzies.
