I am a Partner at CMS and specialise in Personal Injury Litigation, specifically Industrial Disease and head up the costs offering. I work for self insured companies, insurers and public bodies.I handle all types of Personal Injury and Industrial Disease from pre litigation matters through to costs resolution. I also advise clients with regard to policies and procedure for preventing claims and general Health & Safety advice. I also undertake inquests and am able to cross examine witnesses and medical experts.I provide regular advice to clients on all areas of the litigation process and am active in the energy, manufacturing and Local Authority markets.I have a strong technical knowledge and together with a practical solutions driven approach I have been able to incorporate that with my knowledge of my clients resulting in many successes for my clients.I regularly contribute to external briefings and regularly provide bespoke training and case clinics to clients together with guidance notes on disease types and claims handling. I have also assisted clients in budgeting for Industrial Disease cases where high deductibles are present in the insurance cover.
