I have a passion to serve families and children through a new and innovative show we are creating in the Virginia Beach area, called Family Fun Xperience. We are in that stage where a concept and dream is growing legs and seeing a launch horizon. We are very excited to tell you more about it and see how you or your company, church, organization, or team might partner with our emerging non-profit. With over 25 years experience in children's ministry and an even longer background in the fields of education/training and counseling/therapy, the focus is on changing lives and addressing even sticky and messy issues with love, prayer, and focused actions. I have taught/trained every age group from pre-schoolers to grad students to corporate staff and senior citizens, and have led numerous IT projects and initiatives. I have counselled individuals, abused and troubled children, struggling and delinquent teens, couples needing hope, and families from brokenness to restoration.Specialties: Specialize in creative/dynamic trainings and large group experiences for all ages, and in developing teams to engage in the vision of organizations. I am passionate about helping families connect to life-changing resources, and about seeing the local church be a force for impacting the community. As a lifelong learner, I seek to discover patterns and explore processes in all areas of work and life.
