Served as a liaison between home office and the field.

Responsible for implementing agent contest and promotions and enforcing the applicable rules and regulations. Produced tax information and prepared 1099-MISC forms for each agent. Responsible for the coordination of production reporting, recognition programs, expense reporting functions as well as agent and agency manager instruction.

Implemented and coordinated new leasing activity in 15 states. Oversaw the administration of existing fleet and leasing programs of which the portfolios had a net asset value of $10 million dollars. Supervised staff responsible for functions relating to these programs.
