Individual work order, sales order, project, and safety stock requirements were clearly identified and priorities assigned according to requirement date. The previous MRP application required 30 minutes of manual intervention each night. The new MRP application ran automatically each night in less than a minute.• Custom data-driven email alerts using TSQL. This helped to enforce business rules and strengthen the integrity of ERP data. Month-end reconciliation time was substantially reduced because over 200 data anomaly scenarios were identified and the results delivered to users via automatic nightly emails.• Metrics reports for management using Power BI
