Tim Rorris is a Senior Systems Specialist at TCS Software. Tim has been with TCS for 10 years, supporting clients and managing TCS’s architecture. Prior to joining TCS, Tim served many roles with an association for more than a decade. His experience enables him to understand and serve the needs of TCS clients. In his current role, he combines his technical and industry-specific expertise.TCS most recently released the next generation of web-based tools, called WebSuite2.   As the Senior Systems Specialist at TCS Software, I manage client software support. I am also a PC support specialist. I am responsible for project and programming support and product design. Not only do I help clients with software support, but I work closely with them and listen to their ideas for helpful features to be integrated into free updates from TCS Software.In many cases, I have been lucky enough to learn to be a client to “friend” transition specialist.
