Over the last 20 years in the pest control business, I have seen many problems that water creates in and around homes, including issues resulting from insects like termites, carpenter ants, spiders, and many more. About 10 years ago, Swat Pest started also treating for mold in these same spaces. We looked for products that were backed by a manufacturer's warranty. Five years ago, we became dealers of two companies that offer a 25-year manufacturer's warranty.
