Vp Of Acquisitions
Current*Identify multifamily land sites and re-development sites with key market areas throughout Texas and Florida by pursuing direct contact with landowners, brokers, and developers. *Presenting regular comprehensive deal presentations to the Principles in coordination with various team members across the Company which identify key opportunities and challenges of each site. *Coordinate with the Principles and Directors on all elements and processes of land acquisitions and real estate development due diligence on all aspects of the project to include zoning, site development, building codes, easements, municipality requirements, soil studies, market analytics and trends, and all other matters required to underwrite a specific site and/or area. * Coordinate and source the consultants for the entitlement and development of the projects.* Source and sign-in GC companies and other consultants involved in project’s development. * Source potential equity and financing sources and participate in the submittal process of required documents for the lenders and investors to secure funding.*Developing precise budgets, cash flow analysis and overall pro-forma of each site based on specific guidelines. * Negotiate purchase contracts and coordinate closing proceedings with the sellers.* Underwrite and conduct the due diligence of proposed sites including sourcing analytical data and third-party reports.*Underwriting of title and coordination with escrow and title companies, principles, purchaser, seller, surveyor, and counsel. *Attend and participate in all zoning, County, City, or Village planning and approval meetings and coordinate between consultants and principals. * Provide monthly reports to the investors and approval statuses on each project.*All other duties as determined by the company management.
