Assisting the software company as subject matter expert in production of course-ware.Conducting foreign aircrew training using a CH47d Dynamic Mission Simulator (DMS).Acting as Tactical Director conducting Royal Air Force operational training by linking up to 6 DMS and co-coordinating "player" inputs by staff instructors (civilian and Royal Air Force).Introduction and maintenance of aircrew pre-flight planning tool into training facility, training of aircrew to use planning tool.

Responsible for both the technical and flying training of pilots, navigators and crewmen converting to the Puma HcMk1. Managing a team of 8 crewmen instructors, ensuring teaching practices and qualifications were kept up to date. Formally assessing annually the performance of the crewmen instructors. Operating as a Puma crewman in all roles (including NVG cat A), minor servicing, replenishment, pre and after-flight servicing. 4500+ hours helicopter flight time.
